Harbour Agency is a Rotterdam Based Artist agency and management office. We work with international electronic music artists, whom are devoted to become the next rising talent of the scene. We focus on genres like melodic house techno, and techno.
It was founded by Jonathan Winkelhof, who used to be a DJ himself. But he believed his qualities lies within management and strategic thinking. Therefore he started his own agency and management office. He wants to focus and help the artists he believes should be the next headlining artist.
